  This is my local studio. The people who work here really create a great sense of community. There are many great instructors and a variety of class styles and intensities. You can definitely find classes that you enjoy.

  Worst experience .I've been a member since 2012 taken over hundreds of classes and never have I been required to show ID until this woman "Karen" said She had to because she felt I didn't belong, maybe because I'm a Latina and don't look like her? I will not be returning . Not to mention she didn't ask anyone else for ID. She said "I just asked you"

  I love the sculpt classes here (currently trying out strength). I love Carolina, she is my favorite. Her classes are sooooo good, and the music is always on point. I’ve been religiously coming here for over a year. Highly recommend if you want a more challenging workout.
