  This location allows you to make an appointment, arrive, and THEN tells you they can’t perform the procedure you made the appointment for. Don’t go unless you like getting your time wasted!

  Come here if you want to be screwed out of your money!!! Half a year after two necessary urgent care trips to carbon I was sent a bill of $400+ At the time I was told my insurance was in network and just paid my copays as I normally would. After many ping pong phone calls between carbon and my health insurance and the medical group (all of which I had to make and take time for) we discovered that carbon had not submitted the claim within the necessary 6 month window and was therefore invalid. But you know what? Even after filing a dispute I ended up somehow still having to pay that bill on top of my premium that was coming out of my monthly paycheck AND the copay. And IT WAS ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE AT CARBON DIDN’T DO THEIR JOB. My first phone call to them I believe the person I was speaking to must’ve noticed the mistake they made because they kept repeating how carbon submitted my claim “in a timely manner”. So they lied and I ended up having to pay for it. Sure the facility is nice and the service is good but not worth it at all after all I had to deal with. Our whole system here is garbage and it only continues to get worse.
