  I definitely do not recommend this company,they are unreliable and cannot be trusted with taking care of ANYBODY,all they care about is taking your money 😒

  Home Instead Senior Care in Covina was first on my list when I needed part-time care for my 86-year-old relative. They have cared for him for the last two years with ongoing consistency, care, kindness, and attention to detail. Rushika, her administrative staff, and care professionals have become a second family to him and bring joy each of the seven days a week that they are with him. The different levels of care available based on his level of need along with working with his schedule continue to be a definite plus since this varies due to dialysis at the hospital. Rushika and her staff are also experts in understanding the process necessary for Long Term Care claim requirements. I know I can count on them. Their commitment is a gift in providing quality of life for our loved one. I recommend Home Instead Senior Care in Covina when you need care!

  My mom absolutely loves the help she has received from Home Instead, especially when she gets Carol. Carol is the most caring, compassionate person my mom has ever had the pleasure of meeting. Carol goes way beyond just helping my mom, she is also a great listener and takes a genuine interest in always making sure that my mom is comfortable. We absolutely love Carol!

  We needed help with care for my elderly parents, who while quite frail and forgetful were quite particular in who came into their house. Rashika at Home Instead spent time with them and then found caregivers that were a perfect fit for their personalities. My parents had particular schedule requests for specific days and times which somehow Home Instead was always able to accommodate. Angelia the caregiver was helpful, courteous and patient. She helped with personal care, shopping, cooking, cleaning, driving- anything my parents needed they found a way to make it happen. When it came time for my parents to move to an assisted living facility they were invaluable in telling us about the local facilities and suggesting that we check some that they thought gave superior care (even though it meant losing our business when my parents moved). I can't recommend them highly enough!
