  Home Instead was a true blessing in helping me take care of my 92 year old grandfather who was afflicted with dementia. Even when he was being difficult to manage, their caregivers were so patient and understanding of his many needs. They were especially a huge help with incontinence care, and having someone trustworthy to leave him with so I could leave the house was amazing. Caregivers like Rashmi and Angie to name just a couple were outstanding caregivers and true professionals. Everyone who worked at the office was incredibly patient and helpful as well. I was able to afford part time care thanks to a grant from Hilarty for Charity , so I highly recommend applying for their assistance!

  My mom absolutely loves the help she has received from Home Instead, especially when she gets Carol. Carol is the most caring, compassionate person my mom has ever had the pleasure of meeting. Carol goes way beyond just helping my mom, she is also a great listener and takes a genuine interest in always making sure that my mom is comfortable. We absolutely love Carol!

  Our Father is 87 and our Mother is 82. Although they are mentally in stable condition, my Father has mobility issues that my Mother alone can't handle. Our family is local but we are all working adults and after serious deliberation and interviewing several local in-home senior care services we selected Home Instead Senior Care in Covina. The staff conducted a thorough interview and assessment of our Parent's home situation and developed a plan. My Father was able to select an assistant that he felt comfortable with, which was very important to him. She came once a week and assisted with his personal hygiene, laundry, outside watering, and his physical exercise routines. During her visit, my Mother was able to run errands and do her personal things. Eventually, one of my sisters permanently moved in with my Parents and was able to provide further assistance that my Parents required. However, should my Parents be alone in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Home Instead Senior Care. Thank you for your service!

  Home Instead Senior Care in Covina is a wonderful caregiving business that has helped my family regain a sense of stability and health for my elderly parents. Our parents always said they never wanted to live in a facility should the day come when they needed daily assistance. Now they are getting all the help they need in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. They have good meals each day, companionship and so much more. We could not be more grateful for the capable and very caring owner and staff at Home Instead.
