  StretchLab is a solid spot if you want guided, one-on-one stretching without having to think about it. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, and they actually listen to your problem areas and adjust the session to your body, which makes a big difference . You usually walk out feeling looser, more mobile, and relaxed especially if your body is tight from working out.

  I had an incredible experience at StretchLab in Costa Mesa. From the moment I walked in, the studio stood out for how clean, organized, and calming it felt. The environment alone makes it easy to relax and focus on your session. Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and really understands how to target flexibility in a way that feels both effective and comfortable. I could immediately tell she was paying close attention to my body and adjusting throughout the session to get the best results. I left feeling looser, more mobile, and genuinely refreshed. If you are looking to improve flexibility or just take better care of your body, I highly recommend booking with Ashley. I will definitely be coming back!

  Felt great after my first stretch session. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Liked that they listened to what I told them about areas that felt tight and might need extra focus. I also like that they presented membership options that didn’t have pressure to decide right then and let me take photos of different membership options to look at later when I was ready to decide.

  Matthew at StretchLab in Costa Mesa was absolutely outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to understand exactly what my son needed. Even in just a 50-minute session, my son felt immediate relief and walked out feeling amazing. Matthew clearly knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being.
