  What a joke I waited an hour and a half to be seen and then they wouldn’t see me because they didn’t recognize me in the system and they didn’t know what to prep was. Also, there is absolutely no signage outside telling you this was a Quest diagnostics.

  Quest needs to hire a front desk attendant. Sometimes I have questions that an iPad can't answer and that necessitate a human. It's incredibly frustrating standing by the door waiting for the Phlebotomist to pop out in between patients, so I can beg for assistance with an issue. So dumb.

  Quick and easy precheck in on phone, immediate greeting and welcome to private area for blood draw, Ashley was above and beyond fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, informative, kind, compassionate - so impressed!
