  Since the EDTA tube clotted I had to return. Gal used the other arm. Now I have two large black and blue areas. This has never been a problem in the past. I am not on any blood thinners, changed my diet, or changed any medications. This tech is a PROBLEM. Re-train her!!!

  I have been getting blood drawn for over 50 years. Your Phlebotomist Ashley at the 1640 Newport Blvd, Suite 310, Costa Mesa, CA 92627 location had an attitude yesterday at 01:50pm PST and was not personable and very abrupt with her communication. Then when she drew my blood she stabbed me with the needle very hard and my arm is currently very bruised. This has NEVER happened to me before over the past 50 years plus. Ashley should be written up, re-trained and/or fired. She just complained about their computer being down over the past couple hours that has nothing to do with me. I am seeking all my legal options!
