  Natural Wellness of SoCal has been my saving grace. I’ve had lower back pain since I was young and never really did anything about it. Me and my parents decided to take action and that is when we stumbled upon Dr. Connor and her team. They are such welcoming people and treat you with such care. We went through the whole process of the X-Ray to see what was wrong and started treating the problem. They set up a perfect schedule to help me get treated and knock away my back pain. I’ve been going here for about 1 1/2 now and I am happy to say I wake up every morning with no pain whatsoever. They are really good at being proactive and making sure you’re taken care of. On top of my pain going away I’ve made new connections as well. They are so nice and welcoming and are always up to date on what is going on in your life. The community that they have built is so uplifting and it always puts a smile on my face everytime I walk in. Thank you so much Natural Wellness of SoCal

  Where to begin I had severe neck pain and head aches and after about 5 dr’s with wanting to give countless injections even surgery but couldn’t really find the issue I googled upper cervical care where I found countless reviews of Dr. Connor after her extensive evaluation she found my c2 atlas had shifter 8 degrees and was cocked sideways from a old dirt bike injury I put all my faith in her hands in a matter of 2 months she has gotten my neck inline and my head back up on my shoulders and the head aches have lifted. I didn’t fully understand the severity of my injury Dr Connor explained in great detail and confidence she could fix it so I put my neck in her hands and wow after about 4 weeks I finally got some relief we still have a ways to go but if your looking for alternatives to surgery and all the medication normal dr’s prescribe in my case like 18 different ones I take no medication now and the staff couldn’t be more friendly they are amazing!! I’m glad I found Dr Connor cause I was at a dead end and almost gave into injections and possible surgery that would’ve done nothing Thanks Dr Connor and staff!!

  I can’t say enough good things about Natural Wellness of SoCal and staff. Dr Connor listens and cares and designs a treatment plan specific to your needs. I’ve been treated by Dr. Connor for over a year now for my cervical spine pain. I am happy to report that I experienced relief within the first month of treatment and it continued to get better from there. Today I can do all of my normal activities without pain. Also her staff keeps a very friendly and organized front of the house. They are always on schedule and have excellent customer service. Love this place.

  I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Connor based on your positive reviews and our shared interest in natural wellness. I professionally treat and teach nervous system regulation. While I see from your reviews that Dr. Connor has helped many, I was disappointed by certain aspects of my experience: - I sought help for one issue, but was unexpectedly informed of several “severe” conditions. - I was assured these could be greatly alleviated within 3 months, and with ongoing care. - Right after this unexpected, severe diagnosis, I felt pressured to commit to a substantial, time-sensitive financial investment of around $6,500 (approximately). If I didn't decide within 4 days, the price could increase to about $9,000 (approximately). Later, upon request, I was given extra time. - Dr. Connor initially refused my request for my medical records. Thanks to her kind assistant, Kimiku, I eventually obtained them, but it required extra effort and time to revisit specialists with these records. After consulting multiple specialists, including one who uses a full-spine imaging approach (not a segmental one), I learned my conditions were less severe and mostly age-related. There was one area that had been long-standing and, in my case, fixable, but not within a 3-month time frame. These specialists presented me with a sound, realistic, and affordable approach. Fortunately, I found a highly rated chiropractor who provided a thorough, positive assessment and a holistic approach that aligns more with my needs. Ultimately, I’m glad I took the time to ground myself and seek additional opinions. This helped me make a more informed decision that aligns with my values and financial situation.

  Where to begin, we started with X-rays to see the three dimensional structure of my spine to get a correct course of action. I’ve had different past injuries and had attempted in many different ways to correct it myself without great success. I even learned different body mechanics modalities to try to find healing, but couldn’t do it from the inside out, I needed help. Upon first adjustments my stance went from 20 lbs off to less than a pound. Over five weeks of corrective adjustment the X-rays revealed that balance went back to exact dead-on and the kink in my atlas returned to nearly zero cross torque, an incredible result considering how far off it was. Most incredibly that bringing the spinal column into alignment allowed my body to heal other connected injuries on its own, with even my vision objectively improving! Injuries that were held for the entirety of my adult life found resolution and I now have sensation and awareness of parts of my body I didn’t even realize I was missing out on. I had grown so accustomed to being “off” I didn’t even realize until now what it’s like to be “on”. I feel like my body just went from a Ford Pinto to a Mustang RTR! I highly recommend anyone with old injuries or posture that is hurting to visit and get a consultation! Dr. Connors is highly knowledgeable and works with the body at the linchpin points to provide genuine relief and lasting change for the better. The staff are good people to be around, the whole experience was something I looked forward to attending and I do greatly appreciate the time invested here. Thank you Natural Wellness of SoCal!
