- HTHomayoun TaliehMar 31, 20261.0I had an extremely frustrating experience with the LensCrafters South Coast Plaza location. I have over $800 for prescription lenses that were made incorrectly, with a 5mm deviation confirmed by another LensCrafters Aventura Mall store. This is not a minor issue; it makes the glasses unusable. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. Both I and the Aventura store staff have made repeated attempts over multiple days to contact the South Coast Plaza manager, Rita to get approval for a remake. No one answers the phone. No callbacks. No support. I escalated the issue to corporate as well, expecting some level of intervention. Unfortunately, there has been no response or effort from corporate to correct their mistake either. At this price point, you expect precision and at least basic customer service. Instead, I’ve been left with defective glasses and no path to resolution because both the store and corporate have been unresponsive. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering this location, or LensCrafter for that matter, if something goes wrong, you may be completely on your own.
