Irene was also very helpful! She helped me order new lenses with my new prescription she is very nice and polite.

Irene managed to get a contact lens replacement order (that was either stolen from my front porch or never delivered) shipped for a second time to my home address. Why is that awesome? Because Target policy is to not ship a second time to the same address for "lost" or "missing" orders. However. Irene made some calls, talked to the right people, and managed to get my replacement order shipped to my doorstep instead of to a Target store nearly 8 miles away. Bravo, Irene, and bravo Target Optical Costa Mesa!
