I went to Carbon as a walk in and within 20 minutes I was in the back getting checked out, everyone was really friendly and they didn’t make me feel like any question was dumb. Everyone here is awesome, highly recommend
- SOSuzy OklinFeb 13, 20265.0This is a very good urgent care. Every time I have gone I have not waited more than 15 minutes although I do usually make an appointment the staff is very nice and it’s clean and I’ve had my issues resolved efficiently.

- NFNathaniel FuentesJan 17, 20261.0Frustrating experience here today. We came in with severe dehydration and some other symptoms that were communicated to the receptionist and on the intake form. Instead of telling us they couldn’t treat those symptoms, they charged us $120 to wait around for 30 minutes until the doctor basically said “we don’t really treat that here. Have you considered going to the ER?” Complete waste of time and money. To my knowledge, Urgent Cares are supposed to have a fiduciary duty, not money grabbing for zero care provided. Side note: This Urgent Care does not provide IV Fluids like others do.
