From the first consultation, I could tell he was meticulous, thorough and truly cares about his patients’ results. He took the time to explain everything in detail and I instantly trusted him, which really helped ease my nerves going into such a major surgery. The office is beautiful and every person I’ve interacted with has been kind and professional. The office manager, Kaiwan, was so helpful with working out costs and insurance with me, which was much appreciated because those details can typically be a headache and confusing to sort through. I had been to a few consults at other offices prior to coming here and really didn’t see this level of care and compassion anywhere else. I’m still healing but I’m already really happy with my results and just so grateful for how smooth and positive the entire experience has been. Dr. Pham and his staff are amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering jaw or oral surgery.
