  I’ve always loved the CorePower brand and have practiced at many of their studios, but this location has been consistently disappointing. The instructors are talented and the facilities are nice. The customer service is especially poor. I arrived right at 2:00 pm for a 2:00 class, found the doors locked, and when I spoke with the studio manager, Katharine, who refused to let me in and spoke a script to me. Meanwhile, large groups of people were allowed to leave loudly during the cooldown, and I was told, “that’s just how it is. What?” I’m not sure what’s going on with the culture at this studio, but the front desk staff often give dirty looks, which only adds to the unwelcoming atmosphere. Yoga should feel supportive, inclusive, and community-oriented, not dismissive or rude. Overall, it’s a really disappointing experience and bad business.

  My daughter signed up here for class pass for a twi week trial. She is 17. She did not know they would bill her at end of two weeks. Suddenly we started getting $89 a month taken out of our account. My daughter stopped going after two weeks. I went to core yoga and they said it's not their issue it's class pass. Class pass wouldn't take care of this. They took advantage of my daughter. They billed her card again. Core yoga took zero responsibility for this and I feel they are taking advantage of teens who don't know better. No accountability, no responsibility. I would never go to this business and warning you so you aren't taken for $178 like we have been. Our bank is fighting it because she is underaged. Shame on core yoga for blaming their partner they use so they have no responsibility.

  I have been taking classes at CorePower Yoga for years, and this is my favorite studio (Tustin is the other) because of the manager, assistant manager and instructors. They always maintain good vibes, meaningful classes and a true sense of community. Get there early because parking can be a real wild card.

  This place is so welcoming. I finally have a place where im encouraged to go at my own pace, which oddly pushes me to work harder. The staff is amazing and well trained. They walk you through each step and talk you through the motions and breathing. I've learned so much and gained so much strength and confidence in the process.

  This studio is great. The 1 star reviews from people who showed up late is more of a reflection on those people than the business. Who wants these people barging in after class has started and asking for people to move?
