I love my glasses and have no problem with them or the service i received .That was a few years ago and lately i have had cataract Surgery so now the lens needs to be changed to match my eyes after the surgery. I went into your store with my Warby Parker glasses and explained to the young woman at the desk that i needed different lenses in these frames that i like so much. I was told my this woman that they dont do that So i said you wont change the lens in my glasses to match my new needs and she said thats right. We dont put new lenses in glasses you already own. So once i buy t your frames with an rx lens and need a new different lens you wont donit. So i bought frames i love but can no longer use because of this. So buyer beware if u buy Warby Parker frames with an rx lens dont expect them to put new different lenses when your vision needs change.
