Today, I came on with a wobbly pair I had NOT purchased from them, and they fixed them right up, no charge. It's a chill, welcoming place. Usama helped me and he was the best.

The fellow who greeted Jay at the door sent him to Brendan. Brendon told Jay that he might not succeed but would try to bend them back into shape. And that's exactly what Brendon succeeded in doing. Jay asked Brendon, "how much do I owe?" Brendon responded, "It's all part of what you paid for when purchasing glasses from LensCrafters." These folks are polite, competent and very helpful.
