His aesthetic eye is unmatched. He doesn’t just perform procedures, he carefully considers balance, proportion, and what will look natural and beautiful for you. I always felt like I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about the outcome, not just technically, but artistically. What meant the most to me was his transparency throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. On top of that, his responsiveness is next level.   Dr. Jaibaji and his staff are great! They were quick to respond, easy to reach, and very open and transparent about everything regarding the process from pre op, to I what to expect on the day of surgery, and their post op care including their follow up visits! I am also very pleased with the surgical results and expect to see more improvements when I’m able to perform full activities in the coming weeks. I am very thankful and grateful to everyone involved in my care!!

  I experienced an unfortunate laceration on my left hand on the eve of Valentine’s Day. I was taken to the emergency room where the wound was addressed and I was notified that I would likely endure surgery on the coming Monday. To my surprise, Dr. Jaibaji provided a consultation the following morning preparing me for surgery within a few hours. Not only thankful for his expertise but am impressed by the quick response and readiness for surgery. Dr. Jaibaji was very professional and informative when he was explaining the surgery and the next steps. His team has been prompt, well organized, and polite while coordinating follow up appointments and providing all needs for employment documentation. I will strongly recommend Dr. Jaibaji to friends, family, and colleagues alike. Again, I am not just thankful but am impressed with the caliber of service that I have experienced with Dr. Jaibaji and his team of professionals. Dr. Jaibaji is truly a scholar amongst surgeons.

  I'm very grateful to Dr Jaibaji and his team for the amazing job they did on my nose. I truly admire his professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail.
