Store manager Danielle Ruff provided excellent service and the refitting went smoothly. She provided us with detailed instructions and I could not be happier. I have followed her instructions and although it’s only been 24 hours, I have been walking with the new inserts and have no complaints. Time will tell but right now I’m feeling much better and looking forward to walking a few miles in a week or two once I get adjusted to wearing the new inserts.
