I was referred by my dentist, my experience was horrible, mostly with nurses or dental assistants to prep me for the root canal, first, they had a hard time pulling out the temporary crown, twice, the tool missed the spot and hit other tooth, which scared the heck out of me, then she took 10 or 15 minutes to make the adjustment to the plastic mouth guard, keeping pushing it in my mouth and kept saying it's too small, till another assistant came and struggled as well, finally it was done. During the procedure, I almost choked on my saliva and gasped for air and moved during the procedure, and I pointed to the suction then the assistant put in my mouth for couple of seconds, throughout the procedure, I had to point out to her to keep on doing it,. It was bizarre, it was as this was their first time. The doctor was very nice and cordial but a big disconnect between him and the assistant, it was like he was responsible for his part and she was for hers. Last year I was there, and it was such a pleasant experience. I will not be going there again.
