  We took our son here after being referred over. Our son had a fall at school where he hit his tooth and cut his gums. James had not even sat down with my son before he asked his assistant to bring in the sample bridge for his teeth. He wanted to not only pull the affected tooth but the other front one and hadn’t even open my son’s mouth to look at it. It felt like a money grab and not a caring dentist. Then his front office staff and tried to get me to book his appointment the next day. I’ve since taken him to another pediatric dentist who looked at his mouth and X-rays who suggested we don’t do anything but wait and see how it progresses. Thank God we did because now 3 months later his tooth has healed. Do not trust this dentist!!!

  I absolutely love Dr. Richardson. He’s professional, calm, and has this genuinely positive aura that makes both me and my daughter feel completely seen every time we walk in. He speaks to you with patience and respect. I’ll admit, I once left to try a dentist closer to home. Convenience won for a second… until it didn’t. After a few visits elsewhere, I realized how much the environment and attitude matter. Dr. Richardson and his team educates without shaming. They explain things clearly, offer solutions, and support you without making you feel small. So yes, I came crawling back and we’re not leaving again. If you want a pediatric dentist who is skilled, kind, and makes both you and your child feel comfortable and respected, he’s the one. 10/10 recommend.

  Dr. Richardson is very professional and kind. No rush and thorough in explaining to us what he would decide to do as if we were his own children. That makes the experience very trusting and honest. He takes time to talk and go through details. His staff are very professional handling and dealing with children. It’s wonderful and how the pediatric dentist should be.

  What a great experience! It was my sons 1st visit. He is 18 months old and I was a little concerned about some build-up on a tooth. Everyone from the front office to the Doctor were amazing. They all listened to my concerns and addressed them. Dr Richardson was great with my son, gental and thorough. Thank you Dr. Richardson, Rhonda and staff for taking great care of my son. We have definitely found my sons dentist.
