  I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who helped me. She was outstanding. Smiled, friendly, professional and I barely felt a poke when she went to draw blood. Overall, it was one of my better experiences.

  Absolutely horrible service. Came in fasting as a walk in. Was told approximately 30 minutes. Sat there for 2 hours and the walk list had not moved. The 1 guy in front of me on the standby list said he had already been waiting 3 1/2 hours. Some of the clients with appointments said they had already been waiting an hour. The board showed 19 waiting with 1 being served but there were 5 technicians back there. What’s the point of a waiting list if you have no plans on serving it. They should simply tell people no walk in’s.
