  I am usually terrified of getting my blood drawn, but Yadira was extremely professional and made it the easiest draw I've ever had. The office was clean and the staff were nice.

  Scheduling patient appointments on the same morning as a race that blocks all access to your building is extremely irresponsible. My diabetic mother fasted for 12 hours for her appointment, and we were unable to reach the office because all surrounding streets were closed and the building was inside the race route. This was not just inconvenient — it was dangerous for a diabetic patient to fast that long and then be unable to access medical care. This should have been communicated to patients ahead of time or appointments should have been rescheduled.

  Being my first time here, it is essential to give the public heads up on what to expect. Making appointments online or telephonically, can be really challenging. I had to call three times... Upon arrival make sure you have your license, you will need it to check-in. Don't bother coming early, it doesn't matter because if your appointment is at 10am you will be seen at 10am. Walk-ins are welcomed, however don't kid yourself, you may be waiting 3-4 hours.
