  Pleasee! Be careful with your kids. My daughter was taking ABA here! Terrible BT . Josefina( josephine) my daughter was injured her arm. THE BT was with LONG NAILS. I reported it to iehp and also the aces supervisor but you know WHAT ? They never submitted my claim. Ieho is investigating it ! I have proof of everything. Picture ,videos. Be careful with them. They are not professional. And no idont need to tall with the director because she is the same unprofessional person! If you really want to kids safe , dont come here or dont accept them in your house....

  Our son has been with Aces since he was 3 and we've had such a good experience with them. His speech and behaviors have improved so much. He quickly builds a rapport with the BIs. We've had to pause services a couple of times due to changes in insurance, despite that, he's been with his supervisor, Gabe, since day one. And he has materials/tools that he makes for him and makes sure ti change his programs when our son masters a program. His BIs while they change every so often (a lot of them are finishing their masters, so their school schedule changes), seem to always be such a good fit for him. The patience they have for him is unbelievable. Special shout out to Brian at the front desk, who always greets us with enthusiasm. He's always so helpful. I thibk the only downside is scheduling for us. They're very by the book but at the same time there were times they were a bit delayed in giving notice. And they're by the book in such a way that they refuse to split up (single) days between BIs to accommodate their schedules. But in the end, everything works out. Highly recommend!

  She does better and learns more here at Aces than she ever did in public school! The providers are fantastic! We can leave here knowing that our daughter is safe and she is learning just as much as she possibly can. Her progress has been fantastic! We’ve been receiving Services here for over a year and will certainly be continuing. Thank you all !!

They provide the proper tools and effective resources to not only to apply in their clients daily life but also for the parents. In our experience, ACES truly exemplifies supporting your loved ones needs while promoting diversity, inclusion, and self-expression. ACES sets the gold standard for behavioral therapy and is highly recommended for any parent &/or individual requiring this form of support.
