I called Karen on short notice to ask about cleaning my mother‘s hearing aids, and she was incredibly helpful, providing information on filters and explaining how the staff could help the very next day (which was New Year’s Eve, no less). When I arrived with my mother, the office was busy with important work and might have been closed. Despite this, Karen kindly took the time to help my mother. It’s always so refreshing to run into people who take a little time out of their day to help and go above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos to Karen for all she does!!!
