  I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. There was no wait time, and the entire process was quick, smooth, and efficient. I really appreciated how easy it was to book appointments through their website—it made everything even more convenient. The level of care was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. Over the past week, my entire family visited about five times as we unfortunately passed strep throat around, and each visit was handled seamlessly. Doctor Anna took the time to explain everything clearly during each appointment, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. It’s also located in the charming Dos Lagos outdoor area, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend this urgent care for anyone looking for efficient, compassionate, and high-quality medical care.

  Wonderful urgent care experience. After filling out the paperwork that is online which takes a few minutes they got me to the back immediately. I went in for a “ Plugged ear“. I had a head cold a few weeks prior. They were able to clear a blockage in my ears and helped me tremendously! Explained every step. Were very kind. Conscientious care! Will absolutely return if we need a doctor.

  This was a return visit (which I wasn’t extremely happy about). I feel like my first visit the doctor kind of rushed me out of there. But with my second visit, Dr. Perez was very kind, gentle in approach and really seemed to care about me feeling better. Even gave advice on how to move forward because I have been dealing with chronic pain for almost two decades and no relief or answers. It meant. A lot that he would take extra time to give the best advice and treatment approach. Thanks to him, I felt better the next day. With the first visit, I was still in pain nearly 5 days later. Thank you Dr. Perez.

She was warm, patient, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to address all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. Her compassionate approach and clear communication helped me feel confident and at ease throughout the entire visit. The clinic itself was clean, organized, and well-managed, and the wait time was minimal. It’s evident that the staff is dedicated to providing thoughtful, high-quality care.
