  Kay and Charles T. Were so hopeful at the gym with my account. If I still lived in the area I would highly recommend people to come in and get assistance from these two. Thank you for all your help

  UFC charged me and my father for two additional months of subscription each despite requesting cancellation way ahead of time and they refused to refund the money after I contacted them for the millionth time. Their customer service simply stopped responding to my emails after I confronted them with concrete evidence which they refused to acknowledge. Do not give these people your money, major scammers. I also emailed two incompetent GMs one named Don and another named Athziri. Don refused to help claiming he doesn’t work at Sunvalley Mall (his name literally listed on my contract), and the other incompetent GM didn’t care enough to respond to emails. Despicable behavior from a business.

  Super awesome gym went to Cali for a work trip and they helped me get in a to a an awesome gym with no problems Bernie the recovery coach also was very nice and worked with me highly recommend this gym

  I have been a member since the original UFC Gym Concord opened, and I loved the previous location! The new location has some positives but unfortunately in the two areas that matter most to me it is a definitely a downgrade. The pros are its all new equipment, good selection, big tvs, more squat racks and free weights. The biggest con is that the old place had a huge dry sauna in both the men and womens lockerooms that probably fit 10 people and was HOT (180). The new gym no longer has these big free saunas instead they want to charge you to use these two dinky little 2 person saunas that dont even get warm enough (140). They want you to PAY $60 on top of your high monthly membership price for something so much worse. Also the old location had the best heavy bag room in the whole Bay Area. The new one is still nice but smaller and what feels limiting is that they only have tall/thai bags. They really need to add a few round boxing bags, tear drop shaped, or bowling pin shaped bags, and uppercut wall box. They have plenty of spots to add those. Staff will clean the mirrors sometimes but I have NEVER seen them clean the bagroom mats/floors once. I even mentioned it to the new owner and he basically said they aren't going to change anything in the bag room, and laughed about the sauna and said "yeah we have had ALOT of people complaining about that one". Also no wipes, old place had wipes and spray they just have spray here. I have been with UFC gym Concord since 2010 and the old one was great. The new one has lost a ton of loyal regulars and does not seem to care about improving at all, just about how many new people sign up. At the very least they need to add a sauna like they used to have or I will be looking for a new gym like may others already have.

  I Love being a part of the MMA fam here. Both Coach Rey and Coach Joeys classes!! Are THE BEST! Knowledgeable in their skill and dedicated coaches! Love my Gym!!
