  The staff person was very professional and hit the mark on my 90-year-old mom's vein on the first stick, and it didn't even hurt. Lots of smiles, and made us feel so comfortable while we were in the patient room.

  Very professional and kind person that administered my tests. Very clean facility and very efficient process to arrive and checkin. I also love the app. Very nice having the tests listed immediately as they were processing and then getting real time updates on results with summaries to explain results.

  The scheduling was fast and easy, the check in online was easy, the parking was easy, the facility is clean and secure, I was seen on-time and the phlebotomist, Karen, was so professional, thorough, careful, expert and kind. She is an excellent part of the team!
