  Do not come here without an appointment — you will wait over an hour or longer. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because Dee, the phlebotomist, is professional, kind, and welcoming. She was great during a prior visit. However, if you’re fasting for labs, be prepared to be extremely hungry while waiting. Appointment scheduling is strongly recommended.

  Dee went above and beyond for me. She is really a gem of an employee and a wonderful person. Hope Quest knows how lucky they are.

  I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Miss Dee during my visit for prenatal lab work, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and provided such a warm, personable, and caring experience. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and the extra mile she went to help me obtain the necessary documentation that my OB's office had forgotten to provide. Thanks to her dedication, I didn’t have to make another trip, especially with their office nearing closing time. Miss Dee’s genuine compassion and attention to detail made all the difference, and I truly appreciate her outstanding service. I'm so thankful for her assistance and hope I get to see her for any future visits!

  This location and Dee are AMAZING! It is rare this day and age for a place to have customer service and kind employees. I can't say enough great things about this location and specifically their employee, Dee. She went above and beyond. Long story short, I asked my doctor to assign bloodwork to Quest, but instead they gave me 31 pages of documents to take, so I called Quest the day before going to make sure it was okay with what I had to be seen because I didn't want to be turned away and I was driving over 30 minutes to get to the appointment. The customer service over the phone said that I would be fine, but knowing my experience at other locations in the past, I was skeptical. I arrived, and Dee opened the door, and quickly got me in. She was AN ANGEL!! Apparently, the orders my doctor gave were for LabCorp and had to be converted to Quest's codes and descriptions. Dee was so patient and kind. I've been so many places that would have sent me away and made me get different orders or come back another time. I'm sure that they may have to do that from time to time, but she said that it wasn't my fault and that she would make sure I could be seen today because I had my paperwork and had done my part. She spent 40 minutes with me, and we resolved the issues. She then had her colleague double-check that the 31-page orders matched what she input in the system. On top of that I'm a tough stick, and she was helpful, patient and kind. In 41 years, I've only had a handful of phlebotomists get my vein on the first try, and Dee was able to. I can't express enough how grateful I am for her. In this challenging time, when people are overworked and where customer service has completely gone out the window, Dee was the angel that helped me out and I can't thank her enough and would recommend her and this Quest facility to anyone. Thank you, Dee. You have no idea how your acts of kindness have impacted me and the challenging days and tests I've had over the past several years. I'm grateful for you!!!
