  Avena, the kind lady helping was extremely nice and informative. She helped me tighten my glasses while we were getting my boyfriend a new shipment of contacts. She was also very patient with us while waiting for us to get our insurance information. I also felt that she helped layout my options so that could make an informed decision on my glasses!

  I’ve been seeing Dr. Vigil for the last 2 years and each time has been a great experience. I find her to be kind, personable and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with her and confident in her assessments. I don’t come to Target the way I used to but when it came time for my annual appointment it was an easy yes for me to continue with her. The staff has always been friendly and professional. I especially appreciate the non “hard sell” vibe here. I also want to acknowledge, Store Manager, April Dawn Cavales, who assisted me this weekend. She provided fantastic customer service! She ensured that I maximized my insurance benefits, offered express delivery service and not only researched but found additional discounts - reducing my final cost further. I sincerely appreciated it! Thanks y’all!

  AWESOME MAUREEN’s QUICK-EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! KUDOS TO HER. I just lost my driving eyeglasses in SF and couldn’t find it and gave Serramonte optical and I got the result talking to Maureen and I’ll get my replacement in 2 weeks or so.
