After a very frustrating experience (the worst experience in any customer service setting) at another location, I went to the Colma store, and I’m so glad I did. This IS the store I have been a customer since I was a teenager. They actually listened to my concerns, understood the issue with my Meta glasses, and honored the 30-day Happy Guarantee without hesitation.
