  Cassie, in the front room, was horribly rude to me when I came in to drop a sample. The door was ajar to her office, where she was sitting on her phone. Since she didn’t seem to be working, I asked her a question and she was incredibly rude. Very poor customer service from that one, which is a shame because her coworker, in the back room, was awesome. Shows you how one idiot can ruin your experience and make you never want to set foot in the place again.

  Worst ever! Freezing in the waiting room. Waited 2 hours straight. I was fasting. So I was already hungry. People who were standby were leaving without service. What kind of mismanaged organization are you running? I wish you had a competitor! Worse service ever!!

  I waited there for an hour with only two people in front of me... at 10:30 she came out and told us that she hoped she could get to all of us because she HAD to take lunch at 11:30... there were about 5 of us waiting, shouldn’t have been a problem. At 10:45 she calls me up and tells me that she’s sorry I waited an hour, but she can’t do it because she HAS to take lunch at 11:30. I ask her if she realizes it’s only 10:45. Yep! It’s really going to take her 45 minutes to do a blood draw?? Seriously? I tell her I’m getting my blood drawn because I’m pregnant and I have to be fasting for this and I’ve been having morning sickness... which could be helped by eating some crackers which I can’t do until blood is drawn... sorry! She sends to to a different quest.
