  Marisa is very professional and consistently does an excellent job. I specifically request her and am always willing to wait. Knowing she never misses a blood draw makes the visit much less stressful. Thank you.

  In & out so fast and totally painless. The entire experience from walking in the door, to out the door took almost 6 minutes. I am completely amazed

  I usually go to this quest (Herndon & armstrong) with no issues. I went 3/18 and handed my paperwork to the phleb. She asked me if I was fasting as I had a lipid test ordered and I told her yes. When I checked "my quest" under results, the liped test was not there. I called customer service and was told the order was not pulled/test not done. Needless to say, NOT HAPPY!!!!! So, now I have to call my doctor to "add" the test on or fast and go in to have blood drawn again!!! Very disappointed!!! Quest needs to properly train their phlebs on what to do when there are multiple doctor orders so tests are not missed!!
