I asked several questions about what the numbers on my eye glass prescription meant, and she was able to answer all my questions. I picked out glasses, and she was able to help me identify the pair that looked the best in my face. Overall, extremely pleased with the customer service with Jae and Target Optical is very fortunate to have an employee like her. I will recommend Jae and Target Optical to my family and friends.

They texted me 3 days ahead of time letting me know there was a surprise additional fee of $40 for a mandatory retinal imaging in addition to using my vision insurance (other offices in town only charge $18-20) they pressured me to confirm my appt that same day (3 days out from my appt) I told them I needed to figure out if I could afford it and I was at work so not sure if I’d have time that day to respond. They let me know the next morning that they canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else since I didn’t respond yes to them right away that I could pay $40 extra 3 days before my appointment. There are so many other offices in town. Go elsewhere and research prices before going here
