The second time, I saw Dr. Kerr and he was also very kind and took care of all the issues I was having. Would definitely recommend this urgent care.

The NP said she couldn't see one ear tube because of a flake of earwax. The NP said our daughter doesn't have an ear infection and she is probably at the tail end of her cold. Nobody took our daughters temperature. The NP prescribed her oral antibiotics "just in case" We did not fill the prescription.
