    I'm the type of person that never gives any one who's helping me a hard time or am rude and I usually expect the same courtesy back. Unfortunately the main pharmacist here the past two times i've been was very rude to me.

    I started going to this pharmacy because it was conveniently on my way home. However, I stopped going after a few months because I become very frustrated with their service. Their notification system and overall communication is very poor. Multiple times I showed up to pick up my prescription only for them to tell me it wouldn't be ready for another few hours. Additionally, their main pharmacist was very rude to me on multiple occasions and had just overall terrible customer service skills. I have since switched pharmacies and I am very glad I did.

    The text messaging for refills and readiness doesn't work. And the main pharmacist is so rude! Went to pick up my prescription and he just stands there, six feet away. When I say my name he shouts "I can't hear you!" Then come up to the window when you talk to customers! I lost my voice and don't want to yell across a noisy grocery store. Incredibly rude. Won't be back.
