- SBShelly BarrApr 6, 20265.0I wanted to share how Wonderful Charlie has been with Comfort Keepers. Long story short, my honey had a quadruple bypass surgery,and we were in the ICU, at the same time my Brother was in a different hospital,and I was his emergency contact. They were going to release my brother, but he needed help and I couldn't help him, because I was helping my honey in the ICU and I wasn't leaving until my honey (Husband) could come home. So I have been caring for my honey and Charlie went OVER AND ABOVE To help me, Help my Brother:). She was an answer to my prayers and has been a BLESSING ,making sure my Brother has the care he needs. My Brother also said those who have come to help have also been AMAZING, but I am not surprised at all, because CHARLIE and Comfort Keepers has been AMAZING!! And I would recommend them to EVERYONE :)

My father came back from a hospital stay needing 24/7 care, and within 1 day an entire schedule was set up for me. The caregivers have been excellent, warm, skilled and professional. When one caregiver doesn't quite fit with my dad, personality wise or whatever, the whole team has been excellent in finding me someone who does and getting them consistently in our schedule. The Comfort Keepers staff goes above and beyond in communicating, doing home visits, and meeting the needs of my family. I am so grateful for CC, and recommend fully for your in-home care.
