  The staff that took blood on my son is very dismissive of my concern. This was at the 7115 Greenback Ln location. I told her that there are blood request orders that my provider can't place electronically that is why she gave me a printed copy. When I showed it to her she immediately told me that she does not need it and said she only need what was sent electronically. She then added that the papers I showed her is not intended for them and that I should go back to my provider to ask them again what it is for. I felt like she was in a hurry and would not even listen to me. I called the next day to my provider to voice my concerns and told me that those printed orders are for them and the staff probably just got confused. Good thing that my providers office called the quest main office to get it added on the blood that was already collected or else my 2 year old son will be stucked again. On my part I expected the staff at quest to be more patient, kind and not to be dismissive about their patient especially that their patient is a child. No parent would want for their child to be stuck multiple times just because a staff member would not listen. I would call that negligence and discrimatory on the part of the staff. I hope quest would train their staff the proper way to interact with their patient because it reflects the whole organization. I was truly very very disappointed.

  People are very nice but as a nurse I have a problem with the techs not washing their hands before touching me. I wish Quest would follow best practices & eliminate this practice.

  Trash. Made an appointment, the doctor said that I needed to pay for it for myself before coming on appointment and it’s impossible to pay for that when already being at the clinic. It was nothing said about that on the website or sms confirmation. Just don’t waste your time and choose another clinic.

  Quest Diagnostics is the right place for any kind of medical tests. They have a very good website where you can easily schedule the appointment, see the results of tests, make your payment. The registration process on the appointment site is very easy, quick, straightforward. Most of the time appointments time is maintained well. Thank you for your hard work!
