  I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Check in was smooth and efficient. The technician that preformed the initial eye screening was incredibly professional, kind and knowledgeable. She provided very clear and concise instructions. She was such a pleasure to work with. Dr . Cao was also incredibly pleasant, detailed and professional. The star of the show was Mario in the front office. Superior customer service. Definitely the highlight of my experience was working with him. 10/10 recommend this location for your eye health services!!!!

  I have been a LensCrafters customer of this store for 5 years and 20+ years overall for LensCrafters. This store is definitely the worst of them all. While some of the staff are friendly, the rest are apathetic. They make no effort to inform you of the reality of shipping estimates, instead consistently telling you 2 weeks and then requiring you to call in to ask for status updates to give you another 2 weeks estimate. They schedule appointments and leave you waiting for 30+ minutes, where I have seen and unfortunately had to myself walk out because they couldn't be bothered to honor the appointment. Management has been informed with no sense of care. Skip this place if you want honesty, their "deals" of percentages off is their actual cost recovery price anyway and they can't deliver any quicker than other eyeglass suppliers like Staton, Warby, and Costco. Save yourself time, money and the effort required. And skip the apathetic staff.

  Very disappointing experience at this location. I have been going to LensCrafters for 20+ years and never have I been given the run around to get a copy of my prescription for contact lenses. I paid for my eye exam in Nov 2025 and when I asked for a copy the girl gave me a copy that was missing crucial information in order to buy lenses outside of their store. I called them to get a copy of it, and they said they’re email was not working. When I go back to the store to get my copy they again give me a prescription that is useless. When I tell the front desk lady that she knows that the prescription that she’s giving me is useless because I cannot buy contacts with it she brushes it off and says that the provider is out of office for another 3 wks. This is the most unprofessional customer service I have experienced and I will not continue services with them. If this is their way of making a sell then it’s pretty unethical. They clearly have their “customer service approach” twisted.
