    They are completely incompetent. They scheduled an appointment for me for a follow-up ultrasound, made me wait for about 20 minutes, and then the nurse told me to undress while the doctor arrived. I waited, the doctor came in, and said, "I'm sorry, the previous provider made a mistake, and I don't understand why they scheduled this appointment for you. We're not going to perform the ultrasound or anything, and for your pain, I can refer you to another doctor!" They are utterly incompetent. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

    This place has the most incompetent front staff I’ve ever seen. I only came here because my normal doctors office is booked out for months. I called PP phone operator said they could get me in immediately and took my insurance. I get here they ask me to wait while they verify my insurance said they had to with commercial insurance like this. Then she says she can’t reach my insurance as the office is closed. It’s 8:45am on a Saturday. I left my child in bed for this appointment when I could have been home. Then she said rudely might I add that they can’t see me. Complete waste of my time! I never heard of a provider not pre-verifying the insurance prior to appointment. It was a simple appointment for birth control removal too. What insurance would cover insertion but not removal? 😒 why wasn’t my coverage verified yesterday? Then bill me if not covered. I have HSA.

    planned my day around my scheduled appointment just to come in and have them tell me that they had cancelled appointments after 1:30 and don’t know why i didn’t receive a call, and didn’t offer solutions whatsoever

    Don't know why this has many negative comments (maybe different for guys?). But std test was quick and easy for both me and my partner
