I went to this store and the clerk was kind enough to attend to me immediately and offer me the lenses they have. I left the frame to him to have them cut and install the lenses. After a few days I went to pick it up. The job done quickly and furthermore it cost me about 40 USD. Very nice service !

Contact order was delivered to the store and received by THE MANAGER ISAAC and there was proof of delivery and they somehow lost it within a day. This constantly happens and Isaac is always in the center of it. Instead of acting professionally they always let pettiness take over when we’re simply inquiring about our lost package/issue which we pay hundreds for. This is now our third and final chance we’ve given our neighborhood LensCrafters. It’s so disappointing.
