Today, we arrived for our 1:50 appointment and they canceled the appointment. Just the day before, they called to confirm the appointment. If I had cancelled without notice, they would have charged me $50. Dentist might be okay, but her staff are the worst. No regard for the customer's time and inconvenience. Unless you cannot find another Medical dentist, I would not recommend this office.
