  While I did miss my appointment, this required minimal effort and the courier had not yet picked up. Arisali (not sure of spelling) refused to accept a necessary medical sample and escalated the situation by calling the police, showing a complete lack of compassion. She was also rude to my mother when she picked up the original testing materials and attempted to ‘educate me’ on following hours of operation, stating she needed to go home.” I am a VP for a large sales organization, and the amount of disrespect and lack of concern blew me away. It required zero preparation for her to take my daughters stool sample, she said she was closing and needed to prepare the room for each patient. It was 4:20 when I walked in. All of this could have been avoided if she simply stopped to listen and offer assistance, instead she said she was closing and was not going to take it from me. She closed the office door on me as I was speaking. I finished checking in, because she argued with me the check in time was 4:38 she came back out and said "what part of we are closed do you not understand" I said your system allowed me to check in and I need you to please take this sample, my daughter has been sick for weeks and it was frozen. She said, "not my problem and you needed to follow the rules on the service hours and if you do not leave, she would call the police" Not my typical behavior but I told her to call them. The officer was also floored that she would not take the sample, considering the courier had not arrived. He made her take the sample, thankfully. An unbelievable experience. People do not go to your facility on a joy ride; they are dealing with health issues. I am not sure what she dealt with during the day, but she clearly felt the need to push her little power and annoyance on me, and it backfired.

  Great place, if you have an appointment but do not go there without an appointment. You will not be seen unless there is a cancellation, which is very unlikely. I waited 2 hours but was never told that there had to be a cancellation before I could be seen.

  I have been getting hematomas after blood draws and was afraid to get this one. They lasted for months! The phlebotomist was very skilled, and tightly wrapped the needle insertion point after, which was successful in preventing bruising but more importantly hematomas I have gotten last 3-4 times at Quest! Thank you!
