  As usual, I had a wonderful experience at this Target Optical. Camille helped me when I walked in and even when there were several customers present, she helped each of us in a timely manner. Dr. Aleta is very thorough and made sure to listen to my concerns and address them properly. Overall, I’m happy to continue visiting this location and the staff here is excellent. Thank you for your help today!

  service was so great here! they were able to squeeze in my boyfriend the same day he called, and Ethan helped us with demonstrations of the progressive lenses, as well as helping us with discounts we might be eligible for! he was even able to help with getting an emailed doctors note for us. Dr. Quach was amazing with helping identify my boyfriend's unique prescription. Thank you 10/10 ! ♡

  So incredibly frustrated and angry. I drove 30+ minutes to see this doctor, because of the great reviews. HUGE mistake. I came in December and my glasses were ready in January. Drove down to pick them up and they were wrong and had to be redone. Ok, mistakes happen. After over 2 weeks (almost 3), they still weren't ready. I called to check on them and she said they had just been sent in a few days prior, so they still weren't ready!! (Forgot to send them in? Not sure how that ball was dropped) Finally went back today to pick them up today (February) and THEY'RE WRONG AGAIN! The kicker, they said because it's now February, fixing them would use this years benefit! What the heck?!? Why on Earth am I being penalized for their mistake?? Tried to talk to the doctor, but I was told she wouldn't come out to speak to me (even though I was willing to wait). Ended up returning them, which means I lose last years vision benefits AND don't have updated lenses. I would NEVER go back to this office, nor would I recommend. Inept employees and poor customer service.
