- GEGEORGE EvansDec 8, 20255.0Not sure why these reviews are so bad. I have been coming here for 20 years and I have never had any issues. Everyone is nice and always very helpful. My 10 year old daughter got contacts and the girl who helped her was so patient and sat with her for over 30 mins while she figured out how to put on and take off the contacts. The Dr's and staff have always been kind and patient. These bad reviews are ridiculous and I highly recommend coming here.

The newer staff is just not it they are plain out rude I’ve been waiting for more than two weeks for new glasses. When I went to my appointment I was going only for regular eye check up and wanted to charge me for a contacts checkup when I clearly told the doctor I was not here for that . So for me to be charged for something I did not come for was not okay. I ended up not paying and will no longer be coming here for my contacts or glasses needs. I do not recommend this place at all!

When I got my test done the optometrist gave me the same prescription back and I thought that maybe I was wrong but yeah my vision HAD gotten worse and now I have to make another appointment. Everyone there was nice though.

The staff is always so clueless and their customer service skills are non existent. I used to like this place but not anymore. I told them I would take my business elsewhere and they could care less. I'd rather take my business where it is appreciated.
