- GEGEORGE EvansDec 8, 20255.0Not sure why these reviews are so bad. I have been coming here for 20 years and I have never had any issues. Everyone is nice and always very helpful. My 10 year old daughter got contacts and the girl who helped her was so patient and sat with her for over 30 mins while she figured out how to put on and take off the contacts. The Dr's and staff have always been kind and patient. These bad reviews are ridiculous and I highly recommend coming here.

When I got my test done the optometrist gave me the same prescription back and I thought that maybe I was wrong but yeah my vision HAD gotten worse and now I have to make another appointment. Everyone there was nice though.

The staff is always so clueless and their customer service skills are non existent. I used to like this place but not anymore. I told them I would take my business elsewhere and they could care less. I'd rather take my business where it is appreciated.

My appointment was at 6:15 PM and I was going from West Covina tere was s lot of traffic on the fwy and was going bumper to bumper I called to let them know the situation and they told me they only wait for 10 minutes no exceptions, when I got there it was 12 minutes after, 2 extra and they told me my appointment was canceled, I was the last appointment there was no one else been seen, I was coming from far and they did not help me for been 2 extra minutes late I'm really disappointed.
