- GEGEORGE EvansDec 8, 20255.0Not sure why these reviews are so bad. I have been coming here for 20 years and I have never had any issues. Everyone is nice and always very helpful. My 10 year old daughter got contacts and the girl who helped her was so patient and sat with her for over 30 mins while she figured out how to put on and take off the contacts. The Dr's and staff have always been kind and patient. These bad reviews are ridiculous and I highly recommend coming here.
- JJJasonJan 15, 20241.0Always an issue with scheduling and reception. We have had our appointments canceled last minute (when we were in the waiting room!) multiple times. If you value your time, go to another place! My previous eye exam there was rude and the doctor seemed annoyed when I tried to ask questions. I have always left this office feeling frustrated at the care I recieved or fustrated with the staff.

The wait was short, very close to my appointment time and called to the first of several examinations by technicians and the optometrist. They then move me into the area for a fitting for new glasses. The experience was pleasant and the staff and the Doctor were courteous, patient and answered any questions l would have. I look forward to a return visit and will recommend this office to those who would ask me for an optometrist and glasses.
