Great experience with Dr. Trinh, as reflected in this review. Unfortunately I didn’t have a satisfactory experience with Lens Crafters, overall and won’t return for my next annual exam.

This was my first time back in several years. Everyone I interacted with during the visit were great. But the visit took too long, 1 did arrive at 11:05 am for an 11:40 appointment to look at frames first. All went well but everything too till 1:30p to complete. I was exhausted and hungry from skipping lunch. I never figured out why it took so long especially the measuring and checking out process. I was thanked for being patient. I appreciated that. I do look forward to picking up frames and seeing how it goes then.

Good experience at the visit today. There was a very thorough assistant who took her time with my daughter and was super patient. The Dr was also super thorough and gentle with her as well. Our whole family are patients!
