Took the introductory course and they were clear about how to do everything, fixing all mistakes and explaining why we did what we did! Can’t wait to take more classes!

Chino hills location has been great to me so far, been going for the last 3 months and I just fell in love with Pilates. The instructors are great, they all offer their own perks of their classes but all of them are sweet and knowledgeable. No matter who I get I always walk out sore.
