I I went to Sav-On Pharmacy to pick up medication for my brother after he had surgery. I understand that there are strict rules regarding narcotic prescriptions, and I was fully cooperative. However, the staff member assisting me was extremely rude and unwilling to help.
She told me I was missing a pharmacy card from the medical provider. While I understand policies must be followed, she could have easily pulled the insurance information from the system, but she made it seem like that was too much effort. There was no attempt to help or explain options — just an attitude.
Because of this, I asked for the prescription to be canceled and transferred to CVS on Grand. At CVS, I had no issues at all. The staff was polite, helpful, and even explained that the Sav-On employee could have retrieved the insurance provider number from the computer.
If you’re going to have someone working the front desk, they should have basic customer service skills and show respect to customers, especially in a pharmacy, where people are often dealing with medical situations. This experience was unacceptable.

Always long lines to pick up prescriptions. With Rite Aid closing across the street, you’d think they’d staff up but apparently providing timely service to their customers is not their priority

Employees and staff are always very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable with store promotions, and product placement/location. Our family have shopped their bakery for almost 50 years; and the hot French bread at 8:00 and 4:00, is the bomb 💥🥖.

Went to Albertsons pharmacy for a booster shot. Although they are busy, they were helpful and made sure that the paperwork was filled out correctly. Recommend

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
