  I’m very impressed with this place. The wait was a little long with an appointment but overall not too bad. The nurse practitioner we saw was very informative and explained everything so well. Will definitely return if needed.

  Appointment was at 9:15 AM and they have me wait more than an hour to then tell me that they were having a team meeting. That is insane. Why would you have a team meeting when you have patients waiting in the lobby with an appointment? Usually, my appointment here is quick and easy and great but this time the experience was insane and unacceptable

  Super helpful and caring, would definitely come back here for any future help needed. Was so surprised They had their own xray machine here, as they needed to see my lungs. Dr. Lim Sohyun was the doctor who helped, and Jasmine was the one who checked me in and took notes to give to the doctor, very understanding and thorough. Thank you!

  This was our first visit, and we had a very positive experience. The doctor was thorough and took the time to carefully examine my child, which we really appreciated. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. Even though we came in as a walk-in, the wait time was shorter than expected compared to other urgent care centers. We’re very thankful for the care we received.

  I visited AFC Urgent Care Chino Hills on 02/20/26 around 3 pm due to my child flu and possible ear infection . Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to incomplete medical assessments. staff are condescending and fail to perform their duties properly this dismissive attitudes, and inadequate medical attention, can undermine patient trust and delay necessary care.
