  Got to quest on Cohasset 10min early checked in waited patiently had a 840 appointment at 850 lady came out very frustrated and in bad mood said if I'm a walk in I can't take u I replied I have a 840 appointment she said not here and now ur late for your appointment told me I should look at web site next time and be sure of we're my appointment was my mistake but letting me wait that Iong and thin rudely to tell me I was at wrong place and missed my appointment come on

  I was unaware that they do not take walk ins at 6:30. I went there and although there were clearly no appointments showing up, no other cars, the lady, Robbie I believe it was, refused to do my blood draw. I asked why If no one else is here? She said, well I have to open. Umm, excuse me but you opened 5 minutes ago. That is horrible customer service! She proceeded to tell me Rio Lindo opens at 7. I said, I have to be to work at 7. I could understand being turned away had there been appointments there, but there was no one. And their website is not clear about only taking appointments that early.

  I had a pleasant experience there. The staff were nice and friendly. And I was in and out fairly fast.

  Esmeralda was really good to me on todays visit. Did a professional job. Very patient.
