  My gal was perfect.. forgot her name but she didn't even leave a mark from the needle. She had a lot to do to enter the lab info. She did it quickly and with a pleasant attitude....she was friendly and personable. She made sure I was comfortable...best I could ever expect, bravo

  This new no-person reception system when walking in or even calling is frustrating, especially when you have a simple question that the automated answering system cannot answer. The "trend" to replace actual people with technology just to save the company money while still increasing prices of testing to the customer is not one I will support. It might be making things easier for some customers, but not for us all.

  Will start by saying I am not on any kind of blood thinners. Phlebotomist didn’t wait for alcohol to fully dry, but that’s the norm these days here. Problem is she also didn’t wait for me to clot fully before I was sent out the door with a loose bandage… by the time I got to my car I was gushing blood everywhere. Went back in to get clean sterile bandage replaced. But the door from the lobby locks and they didn’t hear my knocks for help. I Had to drive home with chipotle napkin across my open bleeding puncture site. Really hoping it doesn’t get infected. wish this was the first time I was on the receiving end of incompetent work at this location, but it’s about a 50/50 chance these days it’s going to be a bad experience. Ruined my shirt and coat. Frustrating to say the least. Two stars for the fact that it’s easy to schedule appointments online and sometimes you get a thorough phlebotomist.

  There are now only kiosks to greet you in the lobby. I checked in and the kiosk told me to wait 45 minutes. I was then told they are behind schedule and to wait longer. Yay!
