  Had an amazing experience here. Everyone working is always so very lovely and prioritize both comfort and progress. My physical therapist Erin has been absolutely awesome throughout my entire journey working with her, she listens to any feedback I have with my exercise's and how my body feels and makes adjustments to suit my individual needs. I always felt extremely listened to, understood and validated with any struggles or modifications needing to be made. If ever i need a physical therapist again I’d want to go here!

  I have used this office off and on for almost 10 years now. Originally my review was 5 stars, the receptionist, I believe her name was Lindsay, was AMAZING. However, their new receptionist is extremely rude and doesn’t seem to get the hang of how things are supposed to be handled or is able to speak to patients professionally. Being told your PT is going on vacation and “you can try to call but good luck getting in” is highly unprofessional. Are there not other people in the office accepting patients to work with, even once a week for one or two weeks? The culture and atmosphere here has changed and it feels like the PT and PTA don’t have their heart in their work unfortunately.

  THE BEST! Jeff Wagner and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and compassionate, providing excellent care and treatment for injury or post surgical care. I have visited their office several times over the years. They truly care about their patients and work to insure that their patients achieve the best physical therapy results. For me this team provides "PT with Heart" and that goes along way in my book.

  Low level of expertise. Not indicated for serious conditions. Go to Enloe Rehab if at all possible in this case.
